The Trigger Twins - feeling sorry for Walt
Can anyone read the Trigger Twins (the 1950s hero version, Wayne and Walt), and not feel sorry for Walt? Wayne’s scheme for is great for taking down bad guys is a huge success, but it absolutely results in Walt having little sense of self worth and frequently tearing himself down.
Walt’s capability varies from being excellent, but not as good as Wayne to being a fumbler and hits various places in between. But no matter how much Walt says people should know the truth (including when Walt has quit or flat-out told everyone), Wayne always has a plan and/or brings Walt back around to taking credit and pretending he did it all. Wayne’s definitely the dominant of the two.
