  Qualifications:

Requires full time status in the Business Administration, Bachelor's degree program in Human Resource Management

Must be currently enrolled at a Junior or Senior status level and maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative G.P.A. unless approved by Human Resources

Well versed in Total Quality tools.

Preferred

3-8 years of industry experience in recovery, pulp production or paper process.

Coated one-side specialty grade manufacturing experience preferred.

Supervisory experience preferred.

Six Sigma Certified
