#walking path

I did get out on this walking and bike trail for a while today. The fresh air really felt good. 😊

I was out for a long walk (not off a short pier) 😂 and I am back home trying to warm up with some herbal tea.

I had been out visiting the local Little Free Library to drop off a couple items.

This one is out in a large recreation area located behind the indoor walking track that I post about sometimes. After stopping here I walked some more.

It warmed up quite a bit now but there is a stiff wind, so to me it started feeling colder. The temperature is 53F degrees (11C) now.

Met a couple guys walking their dogs out here. I am starting to see more people outside around here now that the iron grip of winter has loosened.

I drove to Bay City Michigan to go for a walk on the rail trail there. I have been here before. Today it was only a couple degrees above freezing but it felt like spring compared to the bone chill of the last month.

This is how things look at the top of the previous picture. This is where I turned around. The trail actually goes on for a few more miles. I saw a Blue Jay up in the trees about halfway down, and on the return trip too.
