The synopsis has been released for season 4, episode 13 of Walker, the series finale, which is set to air on Wednesday, June 26. The episode is titled “See You Sometime”. It’s also noted that the finale will air from 8:00 p.m. to 9:03 p.m., an extra three minutes longer.
Here’s the synopsis:
Walker (Jared Padalecki) tries to make up for lost time and wants to be what Geri (Odette Annable) deserves. Cassie (Ashley Reyes) and Trey (Jeff Pierre) have their final interviews for the lieutenant position. Captain James (Coby Bell) advises Cassie and Trey. Stella (Violet Brinson) discusses with Liam (Keegan Allen) what she may want for her future. Bonham (Mitch Pileggi) and Abby (Molly Hagan) admit to each other what they really want for the next phase of their lives. August’s (Kale Culley) graduation brings everyone together to celebrate. The episode was written by Anna Fricke and Blythe Ann Johnson and directed by Steve Robin (#413).
While I'm thoroughly sad about it, the description (and episode length) make it seem like a true series finale. I hope everyone ends up in a good place.

It definitely reads like a series finale. Makes me wonder if the blurb would be different if they were getting a fifth season.

They apparently gave Walker 4.13 an extra three minutes. I hope they let the cast use it well with a simple goodbye from themselves to the fans.
What I'm not really wanting is a flash forward for a rushed montage and title card or have Schwartz do a eulogy over the body he killed.
I'm sure it will be classy, either a goodbye from the cast, or an extended ending sequence at Auggie's graduation. The head of the network usually doesn't have anything to do with a show's end.
My best guess is that they were planning on leaving a few things open in case they got a fifth season, but likely filmed concluding scenes just in case. And since Walker was canceled, they ended up having to use those extra scenes, thus the extra time.
So, I was checking out the episode count for Walker on IMDB and happened to notice that they had the last couple episodes listed for S4, with titles. Now, there's no guarantee that these are going to be the actual episode titles, but if they are...👀🥹.
