It was beginning to get difficult for Jeremy to balance everything going on his life. Between working out, hunting, his job down at Willy’s place, and the latest drama Elena had stirred up with Madison it was damn near impossible to concentrate on anything at all. He had only first started to notice this during his stroll through the French Quarter when he caught himself unintentionally listening in on someones private phone conversation. Jeremy at this point had wished he could trade places and only have to worry about— did he just say something about the hybrids? This tall lanky kid wasn’t who he appeared to be. Then again, Jeremy shouldn’t have expected everyone who dealt with the supernatural to have a certain physique. Following him around then became his main objective though he had enough on his plate already this was all he could seem to manage his focus on. When something fell from the strangers pocket it was the perfect opportunity to strike up a discussion and Jeremy didn’t hesitate to take it in the slightest. “Hey bro,” he said bending down to retrieve the item from the ground “I think you dropped this.”
