These waffle-doughnuts are a delightful combination of waffles and doughnuts, topped with sweet icing and colorful sprinkles. They are perfect for breakfast or as a fun dessert.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 egg. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Icing sugar. Sprinkles.
Instructions: Mix the baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl. Mix the egg, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract in a different bowl. After adding the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, thoroughly mix them together. Waffle makers should be lightly greased and preheated. After filling the waffle maker halfway full of batter, shut the cover. Cook until the waffle-doughnuts are crisp and golden brown. Take out of the waffle maker and allow the waffle-doughnuts to cool down a little. To make the icing, combine icing sugar with a tiny bit of water until the desired consistency is reached. Waffle-doughnuts should be dipped into the icing, letting any extra drip off. While the icing is still wet, top it with your preferred sprinkles. Before serving your delectable waffle-doughnuts, allow the icing to set for a few minutes.
