Since my finals are over now my body seems to be trying to catch up on six years of inadequate sleeping by going for way more than the 6-7h I usually got.

I also want to get back to exercising regularly. I want to, I need to and I’ve got this crippling fear of anyone watching me, of never getting better, of more accidents that will throw me back months (like that one time I borked my knee and it had to be in a brace for eight weeks).

I should know better: six years ago, five years ago, four years ago, three years ago, two years ago and probably one year ago I was wondering if I’d ever be able to finish studying.

And I know it would help me, exercise is always great, the discipline and the endorphines and battle some of the dysphoria that’s been constantly lurking in the back of my head lately...

But still... something’s holding me back and I feel weak for it.
