11/3 - Are you a planner or do you prefer to roll with things as they come along? Has this approached worked for you?

I like to think I'm easy going, and roll with the punches. It just doesn't always work like that. I'm a definite planner. It's something I'm good at, and it's one of the ways my anxiety manifests itself. It's good except when things don't go according to my plan. Generally speaking my planning skills work best when I'm in a work environment instead of my personal life.

Daily Challenge

Go grocery shopping. I've been putting it off for a few days. And if there's time, take 15 minutes to meditate.

Week 1 Day 3 (5/5)

Rosetta: Hi guys! Erich: Hello. How has your day been? Rosetta: Very well! I got to work on a lot of things. I think they’ll be proud. Lori: Speaking of working hard... I should get back to the last skill I want to improve.  Rosetta: Good luck! Lori: Thank you! 

I wanted to get a better level in mixing my drinks. In party events we usually have to have drinks so I thought that would be smart. Even Judy and Erich worked on more skills. They stayed up even later then me!

Week 1 Day 3 (4/5)

Finally at dinner time we all got together again. Well except for Rosetta. She was still working hard. Judy: So how did it go today? Lori: Great I got some awesome level gains! Judy: Great. Did you also clean up our bathroom? Lori: What? No... It was your turn today! Judy: It was mine yesterday! Erich: Can you please refrain from talking about your dirty bathroom? We’re eating here. Riley: Yeah... Judy: Ugh... Riley: Maybe you should just have a note on the door so you can see. That’s what we did. Bristol: Good idea.  Lori: Judy? Judy: Fine. But you are doing it today then! Lori: Fine...

Week 1 Day 3 (3/5)

Even after lunch everyone was still getting better and better at things. Rosetta sat down with a book called “how to win people over with a smile” and challenged Bristol for a game of chess. Besides being a very talented pianist, Erich was very good speaker. But I never thought he had those moves one the dance floor! Even Judy did things out of her own comfort zone. Robotics.. and even a little basketball! I however spend most of the time in the gym. Working on my kicks and punches. Bristol even gave me some tips! She is so sweet. I wonder how long we all stay friendly though. In the end it is a competition. Right?

Everyone was so busy. I didn’t even really see them too much. Erich was just playing some of his beautiful music. Bristol and Riley were debating each other. Judy did something more calming and meditated after that did some flower arranging. Who knew that Rosetta had such a lovely voice! *sighs* But I’m not getting any better with this violin. Maybe I should try something else...

Lori: So what are we doing today? Bristol: It says nothing is planned again. Riley: Again... Don’t we get to see them ever? Lori: Hey but it is okay. This way I can finally catch up to all of you. Bristol: What do you mean? Lori: You are all so talented. I can work on some skills today. Bristol: Hmm... When you put it like that.  Riley: Well... Okay let’s work hard today. Lori: Hey wait... That was my.... But before I could even finish, they all got up and got to work. There goes my great plan...
