A Day Early - (01/12/25) Public Demo Update.

What's New?

Players can now select their initial level of attraction to the RO's or strictly keep things platonic. HOWEVER, be warned that if you pick one of the platonic options. The game will automatically lock you out of all romance options with that RO.

MC's can now pick their secondary skill, aka their 'expertise.'

MC's can now pick their past relationship with L.Kief.

I've added a little more to the conversation with daddy dearest after possibly ending up in the hospital.

Finished E.Struijk's initial meeting with the MC.

Re-wrote C.Garcia's initial meeting with the MC.

E.Struijk now has a new and weirdly hot condition that affects a particular part of their body 👀

MC's with the 'Forensic' speciality or expertise get their moment to shine after spotting E.Struijk's condition.

Re-designed Kaedent's logo.

Word count: 50,415 words! We finally hit 50k words!!!

Talking is tiring, so I will keep this short & sweet. My job is so stressful to the point that it is physically making me ill, my hair is falling out from the stress and my mental health is in the f8cking toilet. I only have like 6 weeks left in this hell hole but God, I REALLY don't think I can do it. My eyes are also giving me a bit of a problem again, but I'm managing it quite well at the moment, because I absolutely REFUSE to get another infection.

I've taken some days off so I don't kill myself but now my money is suffering because of it. Also, my second job which I rely on when schools are closed for holidays, where I don't get paid is suddenly tanking at the moment. Which means that money has been very tight this month, I hope for it to pick up soon but if not at least I can plan ahead now that I know it's not a reliable source of income anymore.

Good news though is the hell of a heatwave in England has now subsided to a "liveable" degree. I have accepted a new job position for September which is more money for less hours, though it is quite far away but hey beggars can't be choosers.

I now have very helpful "reviewers" who are reading over my ko-fi work, before I finish writing the C.García smut that I know has been delayed, but not forgotten about. I'm not completely happy with the demo at the moment, so expect certain things to get cut.

I will be posting demo updates at the end of every month only, no more surprise demo drops anymore. However, if I'm working on ko-fi content for the month the demo update may be smaller or not updated at all. However, If that happens you will be informed though I will try to work around the two.

What's New?

I tried my best to make the layout easier to read, by changing some colours around and changing the font. But, unfortunately that is all I am able to do at the moment. Please, note there is the option to change the size of the font in the settings section of the ui bar if needed. 

Introduced the new logo for the Themis legacy police department

Added a little more to N.Hart, E.Struijk and K.Daniëls route.​

Started to write the MC returning to work.

Players can now hear a little more about the MC's childhood and how they react to being thrown into the spotlight.

Not much of a content update however, they are a few major changes:

Tori's surname has changed

You can now meet the Police Chief of the station, also his surname and initial relationship with the MC has changed.

Changed “Elize” to “Elia” for E.Struijk

Hey guys,

Unfortunately, I doubt I'll be able to post any new content for the rest of the month. Due to a prolonged eye infection in both of my eyes caused by my contacts, so I've had to take 2 different forms of medication considering the other one didn't work.

My eyes have been really sensitive to light due to the infection, so I've had to limit my screen-time considerably. I've tried to write on my days off, but the screen quite literally blinds me 😭 My eyes have been feeling better as of late, but I haven't finished my second course of medication yet and still sitting by a screen isn't easy.

More so a maintenance update than anything else. I changed the entire layout of the game and rearranged some things. I think this theme really suits the vibe of game, plus it looks really cool.
