if you want, his toyhou.se page has a lot of information! but pretty much, he was a Frumentarii of Caesar’s Legion who eventually defected to side with the Courier as they work together to rebuild a new Rome. So, any wasteland adjacent to Roman armor or casual wear would be appropriate for him! ^^

In case you want it, here’s a more detailed summary of his backstory:

Agrippa served with seven others as one of Caesar’s highest ranked Frumentarii under the shared pseudonym, “Vulpes Inculta,” during the time that FNV takes place. The Seven who operated under this name, including Agrippa, had undergone intense training that caused them to no longer have individual sense of self, so that they were able to fully absorb themselves into the identity of Vulpes Inculta, losing individual distinction. Through this, the many became the one, able to totally transform themselves into any disguise necessary to enact Caesar’s will. Thus, anyone could effectively be Vulpes Inculta, at anywhere, and at any time, the name as mucha symbol as The Beast of the East.

However, witnessing Caesar’s mental deterioration caused by his tumor, Agrippa began to wake up to extent of the atrocities committed by the Legion and the devastating affect his actions had been to the wasteland. Disillusioned from his previous faith, both to Caesar directly and the brainwashing that had transformed his self into “Inculta,” Agrippa began secretly working to slowly but surely extract power out from under Caesar, placing it in someone who he knew was also all too aware of the Legion’s cruelty, and who he believed could lead the Wasteland into a new era of prosperity: Courier Six.

Afterwards, the pair work together during the battle of Hoover Dam to establish an Independent New Vegas under the Courier’s control, and thereafter waging a war against Legate Lanius, which they eventually are triumphant in, assuming control over the former’s Legion in the East and purging it of slavery and the butcherings of native tribes to usher in a new era of peace under the name “Imperium Romanae.”
