Vulkan is a largely mixed bag when it comes to conversations, if people talk to him he'll talk back and respond to people but the responses might be to the point or a bit short than people may like.

If you approach him about topics he is interested in or knows a lot about, he can be quite the conversationalist but if it's something he has no interest in or little knowledge he's probably going to be on the quiet side and let you talk while he absorbs the knowledge.

Vulkan will only ever talk over someone if said person is being rude, ignorant, stupid or he needs to talk over them for a very good reason. He may be a bit ornery at times but he has manners.

💡 - How does your OC enact plans? Do they plan down to the smallest details, or do the wing it?

Vulkan will accept help but he won't be easy or cooperative about it, a fully adult man who will mumble under his breath that he needs help while kicking his foot around and rubbing the back of his neck. He has a lot of pride in being able to do things himself so when he needs help, it's a bitter pill to swallow no matter who is helping him.

As for enacting plans; Vulkan will err on the side of caution but he doesn't have the patience to meticulously plan down every minute detail. Once he has a rough idea of what his plan is and how to do it, he does it.
