Wow, where does all the time go? Ever since beginning my new job and slowly settling in at Burberry, I haven't had the time to really catch up on my regular blog posts - so thank you to all you guys who have managed to bare with me haha. My new schedule has been a little full on, and lately all I really want to do after a long day is shower, eat and sleep. Any other spare time I manage to squeeze out of my day is spent briefly catching up with my social life. So my schedule has really been around the clock considering I still also have studies to fit into that agenda somehow. So for the next few weeks or so it's going to be difficult to promise frequent updates, particularly with my fashion blog www.vucouturegirl.blogspot.com where I have promised plenty of collaborative photo shoots with the boy, however now, with my new work schedule it seems like there's going to be a few clashes and fewer opportunities to get them done. So it looks like vucouturegirl will be on an occasional hiatus for all I know.

But once again, thanks to all my blog readers... I wouldn't be a motivated blogger if it weren't for you guys! Drop me a note anytime on my 'Ask me anything' link on the left hand side of my page, or my even on my Formspring. Even though I lack the free time to answer questions immediately, I will eventually get around to it :)

Wow my travel blog entry about Vietnam and the Philippines took longer than expected? So what events has been happening in the meantime?

- I've been having one too many messy nights out lately. It's been a long continuous escapade of important birthdays that I had to attend to this month. All the following which have been way too out of control, reminding me how old I'm becoming because it's taking me far longer to recover than it use to when I eighteen haha. Nevertheless happy birthday to dear friends Hong Le, Valerie Paskaran, and Alicia de Carlo.

- A rockin' day at Big Day Out left me with two new faves added to my list of all time amazing artists I've encountered live. Kanye West and Foster the People!

- Welcome back to my best pals Steven Heng and Liana Tat who left me for over 5 weeks to America. Nevertheless, they came back with awesome gifts... and now I'm finally a proud owner of both the Naked palettes and the Benefits brow kit I've been meaning to get my hands on for sometime now. Now that's friendship haha!

- Plenty of new eateries and bars have been experienced... from The Baxter Inn, to Osterio Balla Manfredi at The Star. I'll eventually get around to posting up a few snaps and reviews from those amazing restaurants and bars soon.

- I've been wildly obsessing over the instagram app even more so now lately. So feel free to follow me for my daily odd snaps and frequent fashion snippets. Simply follow @annavuitton.

- I'm in love with the colour Teal this season in collaboration with maroon and mustard!

- I've also been taking up cooking believe it or not, and have been surprisingly successful at it too according to Tim and my parents (I hope they're not just saying that haha).

- Tim and I have been doing quite a few spontaneous photo shoots for my fashion blog also, so I'll sneak in a few updates on my Tumblr for those who do not or have not followed my fashion blog.

- The Black Keys album 'El camino' has been on repeat during my daily morning commutes.

- Ebay and the mailman have been my latest best friends this month with the amount of frequent purchases that has been made lately. My bank account however has befriended me haha.

The beauty about traveling to an Asian country are the low prices. I was only in the Philippines for a total of 10days. 4 days in Boracay and 6 in Manila, although we would have been able to cover more activities we were hoping to do in Boracay if we stayed at least another day or two longer. So 5-6days in Boracay would have been more ideal, but any more longer than that will get boring because it's an island after all and you'll end up covering everything. You'd want to leave Boracay wanting more I guess.
