Some old stuff.

Yamaha VSS 200 sampling keyboard:  On its own this thing is really fun, adsr, delay, loop, fuzz, amplitude modulation, frequency modulation, internal sampling, external sampling, overdubbing, split keyboard, pitch, and reverse. 

I added a patch bay that only affects the sample, not the internal sounds.  The distortions are mostly digital glitch, re-sampling, harsh lo-fi distortion type sounds. 

Side note:  I found this thing for 10 bucks at a thrift shop, but they dont sell for less than 200 bucks on ebay.   Why?  Some guy from Sigur Ros said he liked them.

Yamaha PSS-280:  The shittiest keyboard ever, until circuit bent.  Sounds like glitch elevator music.

Yamaha PSS 270:  Ambient drone machine, makes sweet pad sounds.  The only mod is the data line cut.  It interrupts the flow of information between the sound IC and the "computer".  You actually create your own synth sounds by combining structural characteristics of each preset.  I have had this for a while and it is possible to control it, but it has a very steep learning curve.  It is not super intuitive, but it creates some of the most interesting/beautiful sounds I have heard from a circuit bent device.

DOUBLE DIAMOND <>  <>

A Casio Ct ?? (maybe 315), cant really remember.  Sounds like an explosion in a slot machine factory.  The most intense slap-bass-break-beats you will ever hear.  The four patchable potentiometers are really responsive, definitely expands the sonic potential.  Thousands of sounds!  The nice thing about this is any sound you find you can recreate, if you remember the patch.
