IT WAS EASY FOR BOB TO RUN AWAY WITH THE PANIC.  Which was more than apparent when Jamie had to physically stop Bob from frantically looking over his own person to make sure he was all there.   He heard the 6 foot , ┈┈ and went as far as to do a quick recollection of the last time he had been measured.  Yeah , that number sounded right.  Okay , so they were still all there at least.  A worry that only someone like Bob could muster.  Bob had a way of worrying about things most people didn’t even think about till he brought it up.  But this time , ┈┈ it was Jamie who would be bringing up the interesting bit of trivia.

Of course he knew about HYDRA.  Not nearly as much as Jamie did he was sure , ┈┈ but of all the classic heroes his favorite had been Captain America.  Eye went wide with surprise at the infamous organization’s name being mentioned.  Brows arching to help convey that surprise at where they had ended up.  Well , ┈┈ that was probably one of the last places that they wanted to end up at.

Bob took a few hurried steps over to where Jamie was , ┈┈ hands already shaking some in that signature Bob nervousness.  He brought them together in front of him , muttering something about how he was gonna ask , before looking away bashfully.  A quick contemplation on if this was too stupid of a question to ask.  Better to know everything instead of nothing.  That was what Bucky liked to say.  But he could also remember how very bluntly Walker had pointed out his stupid questions.  Jamie wasn’t like that though , ┈┈ Jamie was actually surprisingly patient.  It wasn’t so surprising when you knew who his sister and dad were.

He imagined that took a lot of patience.

The  city  of  Madripoor  was  always  so  bright  ,  you  had  to  often  times  remind  yourself  that  you  were  in  one  of  the  most  dangerous  cities  on  the  planet.   A  place  without  rules  ,         (  except  ones  made  turf  by  turf  and  overseen  by  the  Powerbroker.  )   The  last  Powerbeoker  ,  ┈┈  happening  to  be  the  one  who  had  sent  them  here  in  the  first  place.   Sharon  had  some  things  that  had  to  get  left  behind  ,  and  with  her  new  position  in  the  CIA  watching  Val  ,  it  made  more  sense  to  send  Anya  and  Jamie  instead.

Not  to  mention  the  two  of  them  happened  to  have  a  leg  up  that  most  didn't.

It  was  just  an  in  and  out  mission.   Technically  a  heist  ,  ┈┈  but  they  were  steeling  back  stuff  that  belonged  to  someone  else.   Theft  to  give  it  all  back  to  the  owner  was  still  a  heroic  deed…right?   Regardless  ,  ┈┈  that  was  the  logic  that  the  twins  were  running  with  this  operation.   It  was  hardly  their  first  heist.         (  by  then  the  twins  had  snuck  into  way  more  secure  places  than  this.  )   The  special  part  about  this  mission  ,  ┈┈  was  that  they  were  doing  all  of  it  on  their  own  from  start  to  finish.   Bucky  ,  Natasha  ,  and  Sharon  all  had  their  hands  off  the  situation.   They  didn't  even  have  anyone  who  flew  them  in.   The  only  assist  they  had  before  heading  out  ,  ┈┈  was  their  parents  arranging  a  safehouse  for  their  base  when  they  arrived.

Which  was  where  they  were  when  Anya  stepped  out  of  the  bathroom.   Sharon  still  having  some  of  her  connects  had  come  in  handy  ,  ┈┈  this  was  one  of  the  nicest  safehouses  they  had  stayed  in  while  working  this  business.   Jamie's  tech  had  all  been  assembled  for  his  space  to  work  on  developing  the  game  plan  ,         (  before  they  pulled  off  their  theft  using  their  powers.  )   If  everything  went  according  to  plan  ,  they'd  be  in  and  out  with  no  problems.   With  that  part  done  ,  Anya  had  stepped  into  the  bathroom  to  shower  ,  ┈┈  stepping  out  of  the  steaming  bathroom  with  a  robe  on  and  drying  her  hair  that  had  settled  into  a  mess  of  curls  from  the  water.

“  Okay  ,  Sharon  might  be  uptight  sometimes  …  But  that  was  thee  best  water  pressure  and  water  heater  I  have  ever  seen.  ”   Anya  wasn't  the  type  to  be  known  for  being  particularly  chatty  ,  ┈┈  but  Jamie  was  practically  her  second  half.   “  Any  idea  of  who  the  big  boss  in  town  is  yet  so  we  know  what  we're  dealing  with?  ”

"To be clear," he interjected, "'don't mind' doesn't mean that I'm not gonna try t' get you t' try certain LIFE-CHANGING foods sometimes. Even if ya don't NEED t' eat, want is as good 'a reason."
