  While the Tripartite Admin that overtook the city only rose to influence recently, they have nonetheless shifted through different Admin Heads to oversee the city’s Board and ensure no single entity takes too much control than the intelligence, profiteering, and security interests who put them there are willing to tolerate. This current group however have made stark declarations of their presence and the trio have retained their seats longer than any previous Admin with their investment in the city far overreaching the preferences of their respective authorities. Ordinarily they’d have been ousted and crushed but these individuals have demonstrated a synergy and understanding of the long game that they’ve been all but permitted to remain the autocrats of Makina-Hiria for much longer than anyone could have foreseen...

 First and most vocal among them is the Stock Chairman embellished in his sleek clothes and modern, starkly white prosthetics. Tall and imposing his physical presence paired with his habit to profile and study his opponents and constituents alike make him a daunting manipulator that few enjoy speaking with given his innate ability to spin things to his aims. Stock represents the equity and investment consortiums who retain a stranglehold on the city’s finance leaving who succeeds, fails, or grows to their discretion alone. However Stock himself while incredibly skilled in his maintenance of the status quo, is more ambitious than base profit and despite his station, he views influence to be the highest aim and his pursuit of mass behind-the-scenes stakes in all facets of society and markets to be the truest expression of genuine control. While ordinarily wearing a mask of sharp confidence and composure, the everyday illogical endeavours of his city’s denizens aggravates him to no end and rumours of his more physical activities behind closed doors generates an ominous aura of threats beyond the financial.

 While Stock acts the trio’s primary spokesmen and most “in touch” with the city, the Surveillance Chairman is the exact opposite. Referred to as “Gen”, he’s a weaselly and hunched over schizophrenic never without his pda or laptop constantly affixed to his tireless consumption of new information. Unlike his compatriots, Gen has little investment or care for Makina-Hiria and functions as efficiently as he does out of his own intrinsic obsession with data collection and experiments. Representing information technology and computing interests, his sector of the Board is responsible for the “smart city” developments of which Gen himself spearheaded the vast surveillance and information network strewn about across the isles. Unsurprising given his personality, he was not picked for his current position as an Admin Head by his own sector. Instead he was hand selected by Stock and Voula after they had a.. falling out.. with the previous tech admin. He enjoys their company as they leave him to his work as well as understanding it enough to see the value he places within it, though in Gen’s mind they lack the full comprehension of his intelligence gathering and at times causes quarrels over practicality and his fixations. Regardless, the radome headed techy is arguably the only non malicious Admin Head given his mostly lack of care for anything beyond his sphere of expertise.
