naruto post vote 2 not realizing that he's in love with sasuke and sasuke getting it first and then just rolling with it without explaining anything to naruto just waiting for him to have an epiphany all on his own

idk if anyone has really said anything about this i've never seen it mentioned. probably bc i feel like no one looks through the little details in naruto anymore i mean it did end like. 8 years ago? no one talks about little details cause they already talked about them 8 years ago? but this has just kinda haunted me. again i'm not looking for images i can't be assed let's go on a journey together consisting of only language
okay so. vote2. the final attack when they lose their arms. naruto uses rasengan and sasuke chidori like many times before. they're both on their last legs so they got like nothing left to put into the attack. so naruto's dead loved ones come back to the corporeal plane through freaky spirit hands to put a little more juice into his attack. everyone's there, you can differentiate who's who by what they're wearing on their wrists and hands.
but when i rewatched recently i found that sasuke has a freaky spirit hand too. it's crazy to me bc that's like idk a rasengan quirk? like characters helping others build and strengthen rasengan (especially dead people assisting) so i wasn't like looking for it with sasuke i didn't expect it. it's also really hard to notice bc it's only on screen for like literally 2 frames and it's also obscured by sasuke's. and i actually just looked and noticed it is definitely Itachi's hand. because it's so brief and distorted i couldn't figure out who it was until just now. i assumed it was itachi but couldn't be certain. so that's not a mystery but that still doesn't explain Itachi's hand's motive. it doesn't look like it was helping or stopping sasuke. it's just kinda. idk, reaching? it's like the biggest mystery in naruto to me. bc there's no information except what you see and what you can infer but it's literally only on screen for like two frames like if you look at the wrong spot on the screen you'd never notice it. so the information is limited. it has no effect on sasuke's jutsu his hand just appears and just as quickly fades away. it's also the only ghost hand sasuke gets. it's just so strange to me it boggles my mind. i wonder if anyone talked about this in forums back when the episode came out.
