Vore never has been, and never will be, a ""safe for work"" medium.

It is a kink. It is a fetish.

You are completely allowed to enjoy it in a strictly non-sexual and platonic context but it is ALWAYS going to be viewed as a sex thing by SOMEBODY, and it is ALWAYS going to be considered unsafe for work.

And it's kind of concerning that a lot of blogs I see posting in the "sfw vore" tag are minors. Fuck I think even the EXISTENCE of these "alternate sfw" tags for vore shit like "swwh community" or "e a/t" is concerning.

Like, I get it if they have a genuine interest in it, since I was in a similar boat as a kid (heavy user of DeviantART as an 11 year old w/ absolutely ZERO parental supervision), but not only did that shit deeply fuck me up due to me interacting with people in ways I really fucking should not have been, but you need to understand that you are engaging with a fetish and setting yourself up for getting groomed or otherwise harassed by people who see it as a sex thing. There are ALWAYS going to be people who see vore as a sex thing because, again, it is not a sfw fetish because it is precisely that; a FETISH.

Like straight up I'm going to start just reporting any account I see that's ran by a minor because it's just genuinely fucking dangerous for them to be interacting with a fetish community like this.

This community already had drama before with adult-ran blogs interacting with minors (or even just straight up saying THEY LET MINORS INTERACT WITH THEIR CONTENT!!!) and I guarantee you it's going to keep happening so long as kids are allowed to run around IN AN ADULT NSFW COMMUNITY.

I don't even want to think about how many are probably getting lured off into private Discord servers or whatever.

And it's funny when they bitch about how people will block you for not having an age in your bio like "ummm why do you wanna know a minor's age?? 🤨 are you a pedo???" like dawg you just fucking said the reason right there. It's so that we don't have fucking snot-nosed brats like you snooping around in our fucking porn stashes.

Here’s some stuff I attempted to fit inside:

they can't warn others about how these people do it because vore is this funny haha thing and it might get them weird looks, and usually (at least for me) whenever you think of online grooming you don't immediately think "grown adult talking about vore with a bunch of kids under the guise of searching for comfort or having an innocent interest".

the only way people can really talk about it without fear of judgement or being ignored is within the vore community itself, which i think dangerously limits how far awareness of this stuff can go.
