Volites living near the Scrapland Highways are often forced to scavenge for food and clean water in the dead wastes they inhabit. Station roads are often a place they come to; a location where small berryflowers might grow or lost cargo might be collected.

It is however a dangerous endeavour, for the Scrapland Highways are roamed by accursed magical automata; giant metal beasts with no purpose other than to trample along these great roads and poison the air. Station roads are where these behemoths recuperate, so foraging here needs to be done quickly and carefully. The longer you stay, the more chance one of these metal beasts could wake up and go on a rampage.
