not at all!! But yeah it's like. I thought there would be an 'off' switch eventually that I would find and flip. but there is not. everything is a process and it's a long process and a v tiresome one. just dreadfully dull.

I found learning some acting techniques, and doing some acting, helped with both confidence, and also how to pretend I know how to handle social situations (and thereby coping, in a weird way). Youâll find something that works for you :)
ty chaps!! Both sympathy and advice is gratefully received! C:  YEAH I agree, pretending to be confident can eventually lead to actual confidence! Maybe acting classes / some time spent Googling acting methods is the Way to Go...
