[ENG below] Os doces e as imagens relacionadas ao gingerbread man (o boneco biscoito do famoso conto anglo-saxão e que aparece no filme Shrek) também são bem presentes na Alsácia. No século X, os chineses gostavam muito do Mi-Kong, uma iguaria feita com farinha de trigo e mel, perfumada com plantas aromáticas e assada no forno. Mais tarde, foram as cruzadas trouxeram o segredo desse pão especial à Europa. Como a receita foi emprestada dos chineses pelos árabes, foi necessário esperar que a rota das especiarias trouxesse gengibre, canela, anis e cravo para provar na região o pão de gengibre que conhecemos hoje. Uma região especializada na pâtisserie, a Alsácia tornou então o gingerbread man um dos seus ícones. Na foto vemos um restaurante bem famoso em Kaysersberg, na Alsácia, França. 🍴 . ➡️[ENG] The sweets and images related to the gingerbread man (the biscuit of the famous Anglo-Saxon tale and which appeared in the film Shrek) are also well present in Alsace. In the 10th century, the Chinese were very fond of Mi-Kong (honey bread), a delicacy made from wheat flour and honey, fragranced with aromatic plants and baked in the oven.
