oh I had no idea there were multiple scans!! thanks for telling me this~
yeah! the early fan translations of JJL chapter 1 used multiple scan sources, all of which look different from the pages as they appear in that copy of Ultra Jump. And all of THOSE (including the Ultra Jump) aren't the same as in Araki Works, and I'm betting it'll look slightly different in JoJoveller as well.
Some of this might have to do with how Araki Works is a bit oversaturated in general, but still.
It's not just a JoJo problem though! i've seen way too many things where I own a piece of media in print and all the colors for scans I see online are drastically different from what it looks like IRL, and then those different scan colors are going to look different on different monitors, and this is how you end up with people screaming at each other about the difference between various shades of tan twill for scout legion jackets.

I'm glad it can help!
Also because Yasuho in particular suffers from this: A lot of the online scans of color schemes are very different from how they look in print, and the same illustration printed in different media will often have a color cast. So even if you're trying to match a specific illustration, you still have extra flexibility.
