In Vietnam last December, @sliceofpai and I devoured any and all salads we could get our hands on. Textures, colours and flavours exploding on our tastebuds. Each bite a new experience, we savoured every mouthful. This lovely little number pays hommage to that experience, as well as the bountiful produce markets I have access to here in Arles.
