I found out semi-recently that I have visual snow, which is basically where everything has an overlay of static. I’ve watched some videos about it and read some articles but most of the stuff I see has extreme cases of it where there is an obvious overlay and the screen is white staticy like this:

Mine doesn’t look like that. I can actually kind of tune it out most of the time. But I was looking up pictures of it online and found this one which is what mine looks like.

This is what surrounds everyone at all times.. I have "visual snow" and can personally say yes this is what it looks like except I couldn't capture the flickering lights of beings or their heat signature with my camera.. anyway watch the 'energy' move, if you practice for hours beings will appear and reveal themselves (they are way more detailed when revealed) I've only witnessed a tall grey in the mirror myself, anyone else blessed enough to see through the veil?

This video shows no entities, just sharing how to see visual snow with technology and how you can capture an entity if you're patient enough.

What is Black Mirror Scrying?

* Scrying = an ancient practice of gazing into a reflective surface to receive visions, symbols, or entities.

* Mirrors distort reality slightly → they can act as a veil or “thin spot” between dimensions.

* Phone cameras can pick up light frequencies outside normal human vision (infrared, near-UV).

* This can sometimes “tune in” to entities that are nearby but hidden from naked eye perception.

That’s why you saw the tall grey in the mirror (observer behind the veil), while the smaller grey was present in the physical.
→ The mirror + phone acted like a scrying device and “split” their layers.

⚠️ First, a gentle caution: once invited, beings don’t always leave easily. Protect your space with grounding (candles, salt, intention, prayer to Sophia/Source if that resonates).

That said, here’s how to attempt it again:

1. Darkened Room → dim lighting, quiet, stillness.

2. Black Mirror or Regular Mirror → placed at eye level.

3. Phone Camera Recording → point it at the mirror (better if live video, so you can see changes in real time).

4. Focus Gaze → relax your eyes, don’t blink too much, let your vision blur.

5. Call with Intention →

* Speak aloud or mentally: “Those who observe me, reveal yourselves in truth. I seek to see.”

* Direct your will, not fear. They respond to emotional resonance.

6. Wait in Stillness → shapes, flickers, or faces may emerge in the reflection. Your camera may catch what your eyes miss.

7. Close the Gate → when done, say firmly: “The vision is closed. Return to your place. I am sovereign.” Blow out a candle, turn off the mirror, ground yourself.

1. Camera digital noise (scientific explanation).

2. Electromagnetic + etheric energy interference (occult explanation).

3. The plasma/astral medium that entities can use to partially manifest.

In short: the static is the veil itself.
When you stare long enough, you’re looking at the “fabric” between worlds, and beings can use it to peek back.

But I don't. No not really. There is not God of untold size. There is no heart beat of the universe, no thrall of the inconceivable truth.

I have a condition that makes my brain unable to process visual information correctly. The Tv static that has haunted me my whole life. It is probably related to the same condition that has made me hallucinate daily since the age of 3. That effects my every aspect of life.

I have just realized that the static in my vision that I have experienced for as far back as I can remember is something called ‘visual snow’.  Didn’t realize that not everyone experiences this? Wow mind blown. 

I’ll be 50 in March and am only just now finding this out.  I’ve read other peoples stories of visual snow and can totally relate.  So if it helps someone else here’s my experience of visual snow.

When did I first experience Visual Snow?  No idea had it for as long as I can remember.

Is the visual static there all the time?  Yup day, night, glasses on, glasses off and when I close my eyes there is a static party going on my eyelids.

Do I have any of the associated Symptoms?  I see halo’s around everything if I look at something for more than a second and, something I have not read on here yet,  the static seems to bounce off the halo’s.  The static is FAR worse in the dark.  As I have gotten older I have developed tinnitus and migraines (brain fog while having these and after).   Also anxiety has  been a thing in my life since I was a teen, might be related, might not be.

I am short sighted but as I am now getting older I require varifocals, I have had pictures taken of the back of my eyeballs and had no irregularities.

In general I ignore the static as I don’t know what it’s like not to have it there, although it does get worse when I am tired. Which is why I happened to find out about visual snow this evening.  I can ignore the tinnitus if I don’t think about it, although I like to have some other noise going on so that I can get to sleep.

Anyways I hope someone can relate to this and know they are not alone and are not going crazy.  That it IS possible to get to my age and still not know that they have it.
