Introducing the 4th LI: Atlas

Atlas is the epitome of the ‘strong, silent type’, a quality that’s helped him get far in life – such as achieving the rank of captain of the guard at the Summer Palace in Caedoe.

Though the position comes with its own pitfalls (like covering the lower face and pledging celibacy for life), Atlas was content with the choices he’d made thus far.

Until he met Nova.

When Felix and Nova travel to her home country in search of her lost family, she has to adapt to a culture that is completely at odds with the way she lives now.

With Prince Felix occupied with preparing a nation for war, Atlas chaperones Nova on her quest to find who she once was – while on a self-discovery journey of his own.

 Atlas is only available in the full game and his route ties in with Felix’s. You can find his story by choosing ‘Theo’ in part one of the intro, (in the prison) and then raising affection points with Felix.

Here are all four full length LI sprites (just because you don’t see them in-game and I want to show them off somewhere):

Story:

Theo’s route: 21k words | 90% done.

Alasdair’s route: 13k words | 45% done.

Felix’s route: 17k words | 80% done.

Atlas’s route: 32k words | 90% done.

Okay. Atlas’s and Theo’s routes are almost complete – just the endings to write. I’ll be leaving them until I’ve caught up on Alasdair’s and Felix’s routes so all four endings make sense as a whole.

Art: 32% Some new backgrounds, some clothing changes for Nova.

Code: I don’t know anymore. 30%? I’ll have a clearer idea once the story is complete.

If you have overlooked this visual novel/dating game i would urge you to take a look. I played it for University and was inspired to keep playing I dont think I have ever cried so much over a game or for that matter any medium before.
