I made a giant stuffed Visorak for some reason. I call him Bogie. His Rhotuka can fly several feet when frisbee tossed, and can be hidden in a little pouch on his back or sit on top of his back with velcro. First time making a stuffed animal.
This is a meme I made many years ago. All my templates are quite old.
When the Visorak Horde invaded Metru Nui, it seemed to the embattled Toa Hordika like there were countless biomechanical spiders around every corner - but I decided to count them anyway.
Just how ridiculously outnumbered were the Toa during the Great Rescue? Watch this video to find out!

Was there a central intelligence the Vahki answered to in Metru Nui, asides from Dume/Makuta!Dume. The books indicate the Vahki themselves have a hierarchy, and even promotions for good performance.
Admittedly this is post Cataclysm and the Vahki started acting weird there, but a lot of the wording in this section indicated the Vahki resistance wasn't random cops shooting whatever moved but organized, directed violence. Visorak while underestimated were prioritized over other Rahi, Vahki were being pulled from their home Metru to address the fact they were running out of manpower and this particular Vahki had to be reporting it's reason for reverse advancing to something. Was it some Super Vahki that oversaw all Vahki operations that handed relevant reports to Dume/Makuta or a body-less backup AI Nuparu built just in case there wasn't a Turaga(/Toa?) to take orders from that would then step in until a replacement was found or was there some Vahki council arguing about how best to wage a guerilla war or did it just kind of happen as a result of the Cataclysm causing them to get weird? Something else?

Oh yeah, and she was in Web of Shadows which had its 20th anniversary yesterday
Iβm fascinated by your etymology for Boggarak, and the connection youβve established between the Visorak and Bohrok. Iβve attempted to derive etymologies for the other Visorak breeds, with varying degrees of success.
Kahgarak: Krana Ca-class, Ga-type
Boggarak: Krana Bo-class, Ga-type
Keelerak: Krana ??-class, Le-type
Oohnorak: Krana Yo-class, Onu-type
Roporak: Krana ??-class, Po-type
Suukorak: Krana Su-class, Ko-type
Vohtarak: Krana Vu-class, Ta-type
I had to stretch a bit to make Oohnorak and Vohtarak work. The latter makes no sense since Visorak donβt fly. Iβm completely stumped by Keelerak and Roporak, perhaps we need new headcanon Krana classes. What do you think?
Nice work! This is very similar to the scenarios I've come up with for the Visorak etymologies, with a few tweaks. The first thing to establish is that I didn't try to align the identities of the different Visorak breeds with the actual powers of the Krana markers. Instead, in-universe, I treated this as a case where the Makuta were aware of the Bohrok/Krana and the markers associated with them, but didn't necessarily have access to information about the powers and abilities of the Bohrok/Krana at the time. As a result, here is the breakdown of the Visorak etymologies as I currently have them:
Boggarak = Krana Bo + Ga
Suukorak = Krana Su + Ko
Vohtarak = Krana Vu + Ta
Oohnorak = Krana Yo + Onu
Keelerak = Krana Ca + Le
Roporak = Krana Ja + Po
Kahgarak = Krana Xa ~ Hagah "guardian"
The tricky ones are definitely Oohnorak, Keelerak, and Roporak, as you mention. Oohnorak isn't too hard to fudge with Krana Yo > (y)oh, and Keelerak is similar with Krana Ca > ka > ke(e)-. That leaves Roporak, which I have characterized as aligning with Krana Ja, under the assumption that the <j> is related phonologically to a [g]-like sound in early Matoric, which ends up varying with an [r]-like sound, yield Krana Ja > ra(a) > ro.
