Do you believe in manifestation? That we can create a vision board & goal and actually achieve it? Is it all a bit woo or is there actually a little bit of science behind it? I believe that when you create your vision board from a place that you are truly aligned to then those dreams can come true. Vision boards are not about putting the latest fad on there. They are not about you following the crowd. They are there to act as a constant reminder to where you are working to. Those things that truly make your heart set on fire. So how do you know what to put on it? This is where you have to truly look to what you want your life, the next 6 months or the next year quarter to look like. I love the whole visionboard process so I like to create one for the start of the new school year. (Which I get the kids involved in) One for the new year And maybe one in between. I also have a main long term goals vision board which I will change up if and when I hit the specific goals on it. So is it woo, is there some real evidence behind it?
