It's been hell for a few weeks now... Where I work got a bad case of computer virus and the effort to get it out is of epic proportions. 10%+ of the users are effectively without a computer and cannot work. This is in a large enterprise environment. We took over conference rooms, opened up computer training rooms and are replacing ALL infected PCs. We've stopped a lot of people from working... Some have been out for weeks now and there seems to be no end in sight for when we'll stop finding infected computers. I've somehow got thrown into the mix when I was asked to be a volunteer. Today I was asked to lead the effort in HQ. And now for a rollercoaster ride...
