Motherfucking Y2K Viridin? More likely than you think-

Thank you @gr3y-etiola for letting me ramble about my ocs- and for making me wheeze for this edit!

AT LAST I CAN DRAW! My hands just wouldn’t move even if I sat my ass in front of my sketchbook- shit quality because it’s the last page and I decided ‘hmm yes, this will look great if i strangled my pencil while drawing’.

I also decided to go ahead with this little concept and have P’andor be just a little bit jumpy, and knife child Annie is ready to protecc-!

I honestly just wanted this to be like that moment you see your teacher in public and do your best to avoid them-!

You speak to Viridin? You express interest in Viridin long enough for a conversation? Be prepared for a rambling session straight from an Earth fanboy’s mouth. If you don’t know he’s a lone child to a single mother, just moved to Earth or lives with a found family, you’ve either gone to sleep or took it in your own hands to stop him-!

Andrite, on the other hand, hardly ever seems to talk unprompted. But there in lies how they do end up rambling. Questions, queries, something as simple as what they can and can’t eat can get them to fly off the rails. Tero’ra asks what they can and can’t eat and she won’t be walking away without learning that digesting silicon crystals with carboxylates, with hydroxyl as one of its parts, makes silanol, a chemical found in all alcohols.

Another day, another Viridin redesign. I got lazy and couldn’t be bothered colouring, but on this third outing you’d probably get the pink, blue and holo.

Certainly toned down the fashion disaster vibes, hopefully making it more aesthetically cohesive, but also still kind of a mess. Uh… not much else to say, it’s Viridin take three.

And here it is folks, Viridin’s even worse outfit.

I will say that I didn’t colour the top right, maybe being too busy in an already busy messy design, but the shape of it is what I was trying to aim towards. Adding another shiny piece of clothing, I gave this lad a holo jacket (which I am happy with the execution, dang dude) that he doesn’t wear properly.

Plastic pants has become synonymous with Viridin for me, so of course they made it across, but instead of pink sneakers, my boy got some 9-inch crocs. There’s a lot of cursed heels out there, but having a solid base seems more... ‘appropriate’ for a Petrosapien to comfortably walk around in... despite the fact that frankly Viridin is just an enigma in all honesty.
