“You’ve always felt like home.”

Patton looked up from the breakfast that he was making, startled by the sudden statement from Logan. Usually, he was quiet as Patton made his way about the kitchen, usually only making a noise when he got up to get some more coffee. “What do you mean, Logan?” Patton continued working but he was utterly enthralled by the sudden outburst.

“You just, embody so much more than morality. And I’m not just talking about you being the heart of all of Thomas’ feelings. But you seem to encompass a mother and a father at the same time. You take care of us even if we deny it at first. You are always quick to help others. You are by no means perfect but you try your hardest. You are so chaotic and at the same time, you pull everyone together to be unified with one thing. You’re amazing.” Logan looked over at Patton to see him staring and his face heated up suddenly. “Objectively! Objectively you’re amazing.”

It had been in the works for a couple of days now.  Over and over again Logan had been complaining about being overworked and how he would never be able to work in ‘these conditions’. Remus and Deceit had instantly gotten to it, planning a ‘kidnapping’ of sorts. Logan, however, knew nothing of what was happening when suddenly was yanked from his chair, away from his work.

“H-hey!” Logan held tightly to the perpetrator as he was shifted to being held bridal style. After huffing out in frustration Logan looked up at Remus who had a big grin on his face. “Can you please put me down? I have work I have to do.”

“Absolutely not! This is a kidnapping!” Remus said, seeming proud of himself as he leaned his head down to peck Logan on the lips. 

Logan didn’t even have time to blush as he heard another voice. “You’re totally supposed to tell him that we are kidnapping him. Remind me to find you if we ever decide to actually kidnap someone.” Deceit said rolling his eyes as he left the Logical side’s room.

Remus followed Deceit, carefully making sure that he held onto Logan. Logan huffed out in exasperation. “Do I even have a say in this?”

“Well, considering the fact that you never shut up about ‘needing a break’ and how you ‘can’t work in these conditions’ and ‘oh my god I need to be the voice of reason once again so that these idiots down burn down the house!’” Deceit took a short breath. “You sure don’t have a say in this. In my opinion, I’m not sure you had a say at all.”

Logan suddenly felt his face flush in embarrassment. Was he really that obvious? “I mean if you really want to. I suppose I don’t mind-”

“Oh yes! This is going to be so much fun!” Remus interrupted Logan, spinning the Logical side around, giggling and kissing him at once.

“Ree stop, you’re gonna scare him half to death.” And sure enough, Logan was clinging onto the creative side for dear life. Remus only laughed at that.
