A very vague idea of the first time he saw snow except he really doesn’t remember any events just ‘cold’

18. What are your OC’s greatest fears? Weaknesses? Strengths?

Fears: heights, flying, failure

Weaknesses: Doesn’t want to cause problems 

Strengths: always on his grind, works hard

26. Who is the most important person in their life? Why? Who is the least important to them (that still has an impact and why?

Most important person is Lenore, because they had shitty parents so they kind of helped each other out a lot growing up (Lenore especially did, she took the protective older sister label very seriously. Least important, the aforementioned shitty parents, for aforementioned shittiness. 

30. Do they want to get married? Why or why not? Would they ever want kids? Do they have kids? Why?

Yes, because weddings include all his favourite things: his boy, attention, dressing up, parties. Also love I guess. 

I don’t think Oscar is very parental, and I don’t think he sees himself as being a dad either. But that’s not a hard no either.

15. If your OC could have any pet, what would they choose? Why?

Lenore was the horse girl. She’d want a horse. 

28. What kind of nervous habits do they have? Do they stim? Do they have any kinds of addictions?

I could see Lenore pacing when she’s nervous, and being very short tempered with people. She doesn’t have any addictions and she doesn’t stim. 

31. What is their most traumatic memory/experience? What is their favorite memory?

The most traumatic would be the whole period of dying and becoming a vampire. I mentioned once on this blog about Oscar and Lenore having like beach bonfires with all their friends back home and her favourite memory is probably one of those nights.

Finished my nano word count now I’m allowed to answer questions. I’m answering for Lenore, Violet, and Connie, bc I want to talk about them more

7. Did they have lots of friends as a child? Did they keep any of their childhood friends into adulthood? 

Yeah, definitely, she wasn’t like, Heathers or Mean Girls popular (mostly because cliques don’t really exist here), but she had a lot of friends and would sneak out to parties a lot. I don’t think she really kept in touch with many of them though. I think she and Oscar moved away from a smaller town to a big city, so she still talks to them online sometimes but I think she only visits/gets visited by one maybe two. 

31. Do they drink? What are they like drunk? What are they like hungover? How do they act when other people are drunk or hungover? Kind or teasing?

Idk if vampires can get drunk (I want to say yes bc it’s funny but it also doesn’t really fit with how vampires work in my universe), but when she was a human, Violet used to get like, white girl wasted. Like, way before the term existed. Just super loud and giggling at everything. And either she just didn’t get hungover or she’d cry the entire time. She’s usually pretty kind to people who’re hungover. 

45. How do other people see them? Is it similar to how they see themselves? 

an actual honest to goodness interaction with Connie I wrote like ages ago was “Sorry, I don’t remember your name.” “That’s okay, I’m not memorable.” and I think that sums it up

Apple Juice: Freddie, Violet, Camille Orange Juice: Connie

Freddie: a trait they’re not ashamed of (but maybe should be)

She can be very blunt in a ‘I’m just being honest’ kind of way

Connie and Violet: a bad habit

Connie gets very excited about her interests and talks about them a lot, which is fine, except when she should be doing some vital vampire healing and ends up talking about cool science facts instead while the dying vampire in her arms (it’s lenore) is like pls i’m so tired idk what you’re saying 

Violet has very strong vampire manipulation abilities (strong enough that it even affects other vampires to a certain degree) and she often forgets to turn it off. 

Camille: a trait they have too much of  (ex. too much pride = arrogance)

Camille and Lenore are very similar in that they’re both pretty stubborn and hate to be wrong and very set in their idea of what is right (it’s why they love each other but also are constantly at each other’s throats)
