Saph jumped slightly and smiled as she felt Damon’s arms wrapped around her. “Well hello there.”

Saph had been invited to this founder’s day party by the mayor who thought she had been a good citizen to the neighborhood. It wasn’t until she found out that it was because her father donated a long time ago. Of course. Always in his shadow. She was in the midst of her drink when she heard a voice from behind her. She smirked. “Perhaps she’d like to keep to herself…and you are..?”

“Yes, must be terribly inconvenient for you, my dear Damon.” He sighed sarcastically. “That’s the problem when there’s six of us running about. One of us is bound to be somewhere.” 

           ‘ is that jealousy i hear in your voice, damon? ’ she questioned with a small smile, taking his hand and leading him to the dance floor. 

Stefana groaned inwardly as she walked down the stair case of the Salvatore mansion, her annoying older brother was yet again, blasting the music, which Stefana could swear was making the whole house shake. "Damon!" She huffed, "what does it take for you to get the hint that this music sucks and it's too l o u d!" She placed a hand to her hip once she reached the bottom of the stairs, now standing in front of him.

Lucy adjusted her mask on her face as she walked around the masquerade ball her mother threw. She knew it was to find a suitor but Lucy’s heart wasn’t in it. Her only love of her life was in America. Damon was an ocean away and she couldn’t get to him but she wouldn’t stop trying. She had the locket he gave her around her neck but found a good way to hide it. How she wished he was here..maybe then her misery would end.

“A year since I moved here and I’m still no closer to finding out who, or what, killed them...” she said to herself. She ordered a beer and continued reading and taking any notes she could find.

Saph woke up with a gasp, looking around seeing she was on the couch of the Salvatore house. How did she get here?? Oh yes, she remembered. She was helping Stefan with dealing with a witch coven in town and then passed out. Considering she just got back into town,she didn’t even have time to let Damon know. She was GOING to surprise him but way to go,Stefan. So here she was. She heard a sound from the stairs and she quickly pretended to be asleep,hoping it was Stefan.
