I know this isn't my Blind Channel sideblog but I needed to post this here. Anyone who's known me since 2021 knows how much this band means to me. When I first discovered them I wasn't in a great place, and their music helped me through a lot of really tough times, helping me to party in the darkness since I couldn't find the light. Now it's 5 years later, and I have the light, but it's still hard sometimes, and just like Darkside was the right song at the right time 5 years ago, Diana is the right song at the right time now. "This world always knew how to break a free spirit", but this free spirit isn't broken just yet.
