|| sO these are my first Ryder twins

So I’ve been on T for 8 days now!!!! it’s super!!! exciting and well, not much has changed, obviously, but I’ve noticed that im getting like dark hairs around my mouth that were never there before and I’m also experiencing growth downstairs which is amazing. The first few days were a bit :||| cause i had quite bad hip/back pain due to the shot because my nurse wouldn’t give me it in the thigh, and im too anxious to argue back. I’ll hopefully, every week post update photos cause over the years, seeing comparison photos was the thing that go me through “you can do this.” I’ve also changed my diet, ive been trying to eat food that im preparing myself, and since thursday, all ive made is stuff with fresh veg and fresh meat and for when i get snacky or hungry, im eating fruit!!! which i never use to do. I’m not cutting everything out, I’m still drinking diet coke and i’m still smoking, but hopefully im gonna try and reduce the amount im drinking/smoking. Hopefully in the next following months i will have lost some weight and maybe bulked up a bit because im hoping that my body allows me to start exercising soon lmfao. But yeah!!! this is super exciting and im!!! amazed
