Trees and vines, always lush with green life, and an abundance of fruit would adorn the Red Nectar Vineyard. A garden collected from years of gifts, and assorted findings, that adorned the grape vines that stretched across potted land. A place where Roman thinks they could happily spend the rest of their days, tending to the plantations, and enjoying the offers of fruits any hour of the day. Blessed they’d think of their own creation, but there was something bitter sweet to the thanks in their mouth.
But their vinsanto was perhaps their pride and joy, even in their years they still found themselves wandering the front cellar with a corkscrew in bottle. Despite it being almost ten am, they unscrew the cork with the familiar pop, and begin searching for a glass when they hear the chime of the front door. “Ah, good morning!” They turn, smile wide across their features, bottle of wine in hand. “You’ve caught me in the act, the least I can offer is a glass to share.”
