Bulles du weekend, il fallait trouver la bonne bouteille après duel Sélosse de vendredi. Cette bouteille de Stéphane Tissot fut plutôt un bon choix. C’est assez impressionnant ! Et il y a une certaine similitude de style avec les vins de Sélosse père. Du chardonnay sous bois, non dosé, avec une touche oxydative et une concentration unique.
