This recipe was inspired by Vindulge. It has tender grilled steak bites and a rich and flavorful red wine pan sauce. Perfect for people who like to grill and want to add a sophisticated twist to the classic grilled steak.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 cup red wine. 1/2 cup beef broth. 2 tbsp unsalted butter. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp dried thyme. 1 tsp Dijon mustard. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Thread the steak onto skewers for easy grilling. Grill the steak bites for 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached. While the steak is grilling, prepare the red wine pan sauce. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant. Pour in red wine and beef broth, stirring to combine. Stir in dried thyme and Dijon mustard, allowing the sauce to simmer and reduce by half. Once the steak bites are grilled, remove them from the skewers and place them in the red wine pan sauce. Gently toss the steak in the sauce until evenly coated and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve the grilled steak bites with red wine pan sauce, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy your delicious Vindulge-inspired grilled steak bites!
