The complete mix of voices from Cremona and Genoa performing Sondaggio - Panic Box in May 2012. Curated by Dino Ferruzzi CRAC Cremona and Silvia Cini Museo Villa Croce Genoa. Over 80 participants made non-verbal sounds in a Panic Box. The sounds were then assembled in mp3 files. The chorus listened to the assembled sounds on mp3 players and imitated them to create automatic almost-synchrony. No effects, no amplification. The live effect is better in spaces that reverberate, but the sum of the reverberating spaces becomes an inevitable annoyance in the assembled recording. Thanks to everyone who took part! Mix presented here in two parts due to size restrictions.
