🍹 - Blowing bubbles in their drink through the straw

If Gabe is somehow offended by the noisy display in front of him, then it’s his own damn fault. If he didn’t want to listen to Clarissa blowing bubbles into her strawberry milkshake (or see her dipping her fries into it), then he should never have agreed to the fast food run in the first place.

Seemed like Ava was moving up in the world of Team Rocket, or perhaps it was just moving around. In the offices, seniority and work ethic were rewarded by allowing grunts to take on other jobs beyond the cubical. In Ava’s handful of years within Team Rocket those offers included working in the IT department as a computer specialist and in the Communications department as an Operator to relay information to members out on the field. And now here she was, sent off to become a secretary to whoever had made the request.

Ava looked down at her paper as she stood in front of a door in the Science department of one of Team Rocket’s bases. Was this the right assignment? Usually the scientists got the lower ranking scientists to work for them, didn’t they? At least that’s what Ava had heard. Though it was possible the request was for simple secretarial work that didn’t require a deep understanding of whatever this Dr. Williams worked on. She’d find out soon enough.

The office grunt knocked on the door and waited until it was opened to her or she was told to let herself in.

What was Nero doing in here--

{ ♞ } –— The workplace is oddly quiet. This is what Archer prefers, quite honestly-- rather than the sound of footsteps permeating the halls, or the laughs of grunts that happen to be slacking off. No need to reprimand anyone today, he suppose, which is a very pleasant and welcome surprise.

But he is interested in something else. Something that has little to do with Team Rocket’s goals and ambitions, but something that has the potential to benefit the team altogether. 

He knows Gabriel-- not well, as he’s never quite had an actual conversation with him. But he does respect him and his tendency to not be loud and obnoxious, unlike a variety of other grunts that he does not feel the need to name. The man has always stayed secluded in his lab, which isn’t a bad thing, per say-- it just limits proper communication in regards to another variety of topics, but isn’t something that Archer finds necessary to probe about. So he’s here with a question.

it’s not often he finds his way to the team rocket laboratories. the science division isn’t exactly under his jurisdiction, and the little lab rats usually keep themselves to themselves, but this is a special occasion.
