So I just finished my first week of school and thank god… I really have changed. I think that’s the one thing that stood out to me the most… I have changed. The growing pains this summer and the steps I took to take care of my well-being have been worth it AND IT SHOWS! Somehow I’ve become more approachable to people and I’m holding conversations with people. In class, I’m not spacing out anymore! I’m actually focused both in and out of the classroom! And studying (what I worried about most) has been efficient… the most efficient I’ve been in years! I have time to work out! I have time to pray! I have time to mellow out before going to sleep! 

(Don’t) pardon my enthusiasm, I’m just blown away. Who knew how much God would change my world? From things as simple as a prayer and deep breaths in the morning, I feel my day already starting with a spring in my step. 

I would recommend that to anyone actually. Its actually relaxing and you could feel the blood rush through your body (pretty cool). I feel that I have legitimately laid my burdens down before Him before starting the semester and making that a part of my lifestyle has been nothing but a blessing.
