Good thing there arenât too many lyrics in this song (or is it technically a piece) if thatâs how they feel. This is âBreathlessâ by Vice Device
Vice Device - Even Blind (Live on TVPDX)
quite honestly i cannot believe both bobby and andrea can perform three (3) or four (4) (!!!!) whole instruments in one got damn song
The Portland music scene now has a new force to contend with: 2510 Records, the imprint started up by Jared White, of Clinton Street Record & Stereo and DJ Maxx Bass infamy. And the label's first release is quite the opening salvo. The debut 7-inch is by dark synth-pop duo Vice Device. The group sounds like its members have spent a long time huddled around a turntable, passing a bottle back and forth as they spin dusty 12-inch singles by Psychic TV, Yazoo and the Rapture before writing the rubbery and squalling insta-classic "Breathless."

Shadowhouse, Lunch, and Vice Device at Black Water Bar. Nick Whitson Photography 2016
Vice Device
Filippo Romanello 7.30pm, Friday 2 October Blackbox
Vice Device is a playful exploration of the blurred boundaries between reality and imagination. It is the âreal storyâ of two characters who - once created in the imagination of two unreliable narrators - try to discover what it means to exist in a world they cannot be-leave.
Filippo Romanello works in theatre as a writer, performer and dramaturg. His writing for performance aims at creating open yet cohesive dramaturgies that stimulate the actorsâ spontaneous reaction to the text beyond conventions of psychological interpretation.
Also in the lineup: Bad Elvis
