Focusing on her words were hard when she had so much on her mind. In normal circumstances, she'd be ecstatic to accept the offer. But it certainly isn't a normal circumstance --- and her mind is going a mile a minute.

A fire! This is the town's second fire and god could it come at a worse time? My founder is heavily pregnant and I'm not keen on losing her so soon. Well, thank god she's a witch, as she cast a spell and got rid of it pretty quickly. She's not too happy about her burnt croissants, however.

Motherhood ain't looking so sweet, is it?

It feels like Qaletaqa has practically moved in by how frequent her visits are. She is absolutely in love with her child --- and wants to make sure that Ayizan isn't struggling whatsoever. There's still a lot that needs to be done for the town, and they can't move in together just yet. Besides, a future family home is certainly in the works for them.

The grind never stops! Ayizan is back to work, just a day after giving birth. Qaletaqa stayed home to take care of the little one. I could make up some story, but I just wanted her to get that promotion.

Both parents are absolutely enamoured with their little one. Qaletaqa is constantly rolling wants to cuddle and play with her --- and Ayizan is constantly reading her stories. It seems like Nanyehi is gonna grow up in a household filled with love.
