So im broke af and cant afford to go on T because i dont have insurance right now, so I've been looking into changing my diet to revolve around foods that increase testosterone and block/decrease estrogen and made a really good list of foods last night. Good news most of the foods are things i like quite a bit even of i dont eat them often (mushrooms, pomegranate, shellfish ext) bad news, to properly incorporate most of the foods into my diet im going to have to learn to cook and im pretty sure hell is freezing over.
