For a new-to-today rec, though, Talia Hibbert's That Kind of Guy has some very good pining, as I recall. The Duchess Hunt by Lorraine Heath, to at least some extent, if you're more a fan of historicals.

Talents: I'm told I have a talent for writing and occasionally delivering snappy witticisms out of the blue. I can also sing, but haven't really developed the talent in any rigorous way. I used to play piano and draw, and I could probably pick them up again if I tried harder. I also have a talent for unintentionally confusing people.

Last dream you remember: The night before last, I had a dream that I ended up getting really lost on my way to the doctor's office. As in, I ended up in LA somehow.

Can you juggle: Nope.

Art/sports/both: I prefer art, but sports are great for those who are good at them.

Do you like writing: For anyone who hasn't been paying attention, hell yeah.

Do you like dancing: No, and mostly because I have all the coordination and grace of a drunk gazelle.

Dream vacation: A tour of all the cool places in the world.

Dream guy/gal: I don't want a "dream" guy. The appearance of a guy who fulfilled all of my wishes would just be kind of uncanny.

Dream wedding: I wouldn't want to elope, but I couldn't avoid inviting the extended family, so really all I want is for nothing disastrous to happen, no extended family to get too drunk, and for the cake to be delicious. The dress doesn't matter as long as it makes me feel extremely pretty.

Dream pet: Dragon. 

Dream job: Writer.
