I didn’t realize how much volleyball progress I made until a teammate who’s been with me from the start mentioned my jump height. I didn’t really notice because I’m too short to stick my hands over the net in any meaningful way but I guess I can jump higher now. It’s just so frustrating I can’t really see the results.

Josh Imatorbhebhe is a wide receiver for the University of Southern California football team. And, um, he can jump crazy high. Take a close look at his vertical jump in the video above. What looks weird about it? It almost looks like he just hangs there at the top of his jump.

I measured my vertical jump yesterday. It was a bit more than the length of this stick, I measured. So, I'm around 16 inches, or 40 cm. Just low average.
Remark: I can just touch the basketball 🏀 net.
J'ai mesuré ma détente verticale ~ 40 cm. Moyen bas.
