What they smell like:

Cubbie smells mainly of street smoke or grease, but it really depends on the day. Sometimes weirdly smelling people will hop on the cab and make the cabin reek before he can pull up the glass, sometimes he’ll be offered a sweet (probs of being attractive, he guesses), sometimes he’ll get offered samples of perfume and he will rub them all over himself (“Might as well”).

But if you catch him on a free day, those he rarely has, he’ll make a point of smelling well (soap and stuff, all that good shit), even if cigarette smoke is hard to get off clothes (he particularly hates that smell. You can smoke all you want, he doesn’t care, just don’t smoke near him or try to kiss him with your smelly and dirty mouth).

Despite his knowledge of alcoholic beverages (purely for cooking purposes), you’ll never get him to do it, to drink, specially so on a week day. You could say he knows how to drink or what to drink in order not to get wasted out of his mind. 

But let’s say he doesn’t care for it one time. He’s never gotten ‘shitfaced’ so let’s say it’s a step lower from that, ‘normal’ drunkness. Copious amounts of alcohol + Thomas has never been a bad combination. Outside, his face gets flushed, his eyes glassy, and he frequently rubs them. He can even get a little clumsy, but he’s not one to talk with slurred speech, and he still types most things correctly while texting (thank you, autocorrect). 

Regarding how he behaves he’s definitely more relaxed and might let TJ do things he’d otherwise judge him for. He smiles more, laughs more, and acts touchier with people near him, specially if he likes them the way he likes Travis—he’d be warmer. He might actually admit he likes Travis at all.
