#verse 4

Alexandria was still reeling from the ‘death’ of Rick Grimes, but they’ve been more wary of strangers from outside the gates... Following a tense trial with Magna and her group, Michonne decided to bring them to the Hilltop along with Siddiq.

Today, Riff/Snipes wanted to make sure they made it to the Hilltop, packing her gear and weapons as she prepare to make the trek on foot... But wanted to see if Maleficent could use her magic to teleport her and Philip there, just in case.

Since the new X-Wing fighters had arrived, Rey spent almost all her time inspecting them with other pilots and engineers. Well, new was a huge euphemism: they were only new to the Resistance, otherwise they were pretty old and used, but the movement’s current situation did not allow them to be picky. Twenty second-hand X-Wings were a huge help to the Resistance and if they could make half of them fly, they would be very lucky.

Rey was working on the hyperdrive of one of the fighters, with her goggles on, surrounded by different tools. She just stopped for a minute to adjust her gloves.  From the corner of her eyes she saw one of the pilots passing by and taking away one of the wrenches. The one she was working with.

“Hey, I was using that one!” she shouted after the pilot.

Hearing what he has just called her, Ygritte laughs. “I’m not a lady, Jon Snow,”  she says. As for being his, she has no idea about that. She used to be his and he used to be hers, but then he left, he became Lord Commander, he was murdered and now he is back again as if nothing had happened. She is happy to see him again, but still unsure how to deal with this situation. And there are more important things to talk about: winter is here, and something way worse than snowstorms and cold winds is coming towards the Southern Lands.

“But they are your people,” Ygritte points out. “If you don’t dare to speak to them, who would?”

Vince steps out, leaving on is way to work, and nearly tripping on the bottles, porting to a standing position just before he hit the ground, and glancing around to make sure no one saw that… Then he goes over to inspect it, beaming happily when he was given the vodka. He jams it into his inventory for later, and glances to the movie tickets, wondering just who this was from. Red maybe? Or someone else? It was no secret this was his favorite kind of vodka… should he go? “Hmmm.....” He hummed to himself before picking up the tickets, and jamming them into his inventory as well. There was a time, and a date on them, and after his shift he’d get dressed up and go.

Tensions between the surrendered Saviors and the AHK-Oceanside camps began to rise when one of the exiled Saviors (Justin) was found killed and turned into a biter. Rick and his team set off to find the killer responsible, discovering that the killer had taken the Savior Arat alive... The killer was never found (Except to Maggie and Daryl, who weren’t going to tell Rick and the others).

After dealing with two of the Saviors non-lethally, the remaining Saviors had decided to leave the camp to pursue their own paths... Unfortunately, today was the last day that everyone would see Rick Grimes ‘alive’.

The bridge was now almost finished, but there was another problem: The river that the bridge was sitting on was beginning to rise, making it a possible danger that the waters could destroy the lower parts of it.

Riff/Snipes had overhead this update from Eugene, who told Rick... Her mind was still lingering on finding the killer and Arat.

Yesterday’s events at the still-building bridge had made a rift between the AHK-Oceanside communities and the now-reformed Saviors... It was obvious that some of the Saviors still wanted to followed Negan’s ways.

Aaron had lost an arm as a result of those events, and Rick had exiled one of the Saviors, Justin for causing said events to occur.

Today... That rift was only going to get bigger.

Riff/Snipes had mentally pondered on yesterday’s events, coming to a self-made conclusion that her dreadful feeling was a way to predict bad things... Of course, it could be her instincts simply telling her to survive.

She sat up from her sleeping bag in her shared tent with Philip, stretching out her limbs.

35 days have passed since the execution of former Hilltop leader Gregory.

The former leader made one last attempt to overthrow new leader Maggie, both indirectly and directly, with both efforts ending in failure and resulting in his awaited demise... Hopefully, it would the only time an execution would happen.

Today, the AHK-Oceanside-Savior communities have gather to make camp at a open part of the woods. The reason for this? Before Gregory’s execution, Rick and his group discovered a bridge destroyed by walkers in the past, deciding to rebuild it to help connect the four communities with the now-surrendered Saviors at the Sanctuary.

Riff/Snipes was currently observing the campsite, fixing up her assassin bracer while doing so... Her mind did linger back to the previous day, about finding Zelena and the cursed scroll that started this outbreak.
