Trinity's gluten-free vegan flatbread can be used in many ways and tastes great for people who are on a plant-based diet. It's made with chickpea flour and herbs and spices, and you can dip it, wrap it up, or eat it by itself.
Ingredients: 2 cups chickpea flour. 1 cup water. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Chickpea flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil should all be mixed together in a bowl. Slowly add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients while stirring them all the time. Keep stirring until a smooth batter forms. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the batter out so it forms a thin layer. The flatbread is done when the edges are golden brown and the middle is warm. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before cutting it. Enjoy while still warm!
