Here it is! Pasta! Scary 😱 right? 🤦♀️ Let me break this down for you...I made lentil pasta which yes is high in carbs BUT these complex carbs have protein! Way more protein than rice pasta or wheat pasta. And notice how I have more pasta sauce and ground turkey than noodles? I trained glutes and hamstrings today so my carb cycling is up and I need plenty of protein so today is a good day for this. Oh you don’t know what carb cycling is? It’s not a diet and it’s far from keto (I don’t condone that fad and my clients still drop fat!). It’s a tool used in fat loss and all my online and 1 on 1 clients learn it.
