a part of me really only desires the concept of more friends because that's a means of barter and trade and i could do a bunch of art trades for my little characters to get them out into the world and to get my popularity up a tiny tiny bit until i realize how abominably ambiguous the term "friend" is for me and new people who don't share a common interest sort of repulse me anyway. but i could say that with anyone i come upon so. maybe i should try out business partners-friendships one day for the businessman aesthetic and the love of the game
