tears of the kingdom being out for 5 months now and people still trying to convince everyone else that link didn’t live with zelda before the events of the game— using points that have already been debunked mind you— is so funny to me. why does the idea of him living with her piss these people off so bad. how do you explain his things being on the property or pictures of hateno being all over the new akkala house. why can he sleep in the hateno bed. why does zelda say link never leaves her side. why are we still even debating this after months. why am i even writing this.

people will say botw/totk link and zelda have no personal history as if they weren’t living together for years in hateno in-between both games. link decides to stay by her side despite having no obligations anymore but it’s just his job i guess.

disliking zelda for her behavior towards link— which was just one (1) instance of her yelling at him— and liking revali FOR the same behavior which was considerably worse is weird as hell. dare i say borderline misogynistic. sorry to say. 💔

i hate the idea of all the links meeting each other because i see link as one person continuously reincarnated as opposed to different people, but the only time it works is if they all meet to argue about how their zelda is the best zelda. sorry.

complaining about zelda being the main character in botw/totk has to be the biggest loser baby behavior i’ve ever seen. she is the namesake of the series. sorry that she wasn’t delegated to a minor and indistinguishable role like most of the games that came before her.

i like tumblr because i keep forgetting it exists and barely posting as a result but my art still does really well. like who was gonna tell me that my zelink piece based off ‘the storm’ is almost at 20k likes. and i can still complain every once in a while without it affecting my art engagement? who knew
